Shipping Information

Shipping rates are based on flat rates for weights. Macrame luckily does not weigh much but shipping rates have increased as of 2022. Due to the nature of most items being made to order priority shipping is the only option available.

Priority under 1lb — $5 flat rate
Priority 1lb - 5lb — $10 flat rate
Priority 5lb+ – $15 flat rate

Customer is responsible for correct shipping information. Knotty Things is not responsible for items once they are dropped at the Post Office. Please message me if the incorrect shipping information is provided BEFORE the order has shipped.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted if the wrong order or color variations were shipped. Please contact me beforehand so that we may discuss this case by case.

Exchanges are not accepted.
